The staff are really friendly warm and welcoming. They help you however they can. The place is clean hygienic and close to important locations. The breakfast is amazing. We always looked forward to breakfast time.

Staff here were absolutely great - made me feel very welcome. I'd highly recommend paying a little extra for the sea view, since that was an absolute bonus, especially to wake up to in the morning. The location is very central, meaning it's easy to walk to the Sultanahmet Mosque (Blue Mosque), then Hagia Sophia. An even shorter walk in the opposite direction, there's a little quarter with many seafood restaurants (with live musicians adding to the experience, if you feel like welcoming them near your table). I highly recommend this hotel, and shall stay again on my next visit to Istanbul.

It was very comfortable stay

The staff was courteous and helpful. The location is good too, for instance, Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque are within walking distance (10-11 min walk). There is a tram station nearby as well. Furthermore, they do provide complimentary breakfast which has a variety of options to eat (bread, olives, sausage, jams, salad, juice etc.).
